NewClass 210

NewClass offers unique solutions for computer-based teaching, either within a classroom or in a globally networked E-learning environment. Our core product, NewClass Multimedia Network System, turns an ordinary computer classroom, whether it is a language lab, an employee or customer service training classroom, distance learning lab, or videoconferencing room, into a multimedia interactive learning power (E-classroom). Through broadband or satellite broadcasting, classrooms equipped with our products can be truly networked into a global E-learning environment.
The operation of Control Panel is intuitive and easy to learn. It can be used without any computer background.
The system is implemented entirely in hardware and it is software independent. The system does not consume any computer resources and supports any software platform and network infrastructure. It is very easy to maintain.
The multimedia network card is versatile enough to accommodate any configuration of student computers. It can even work with computers with no hard drives.
The number of NewClass multimedia card is set through software instead of using a DIP switch for convenience and flexibility.
A student computer is automatically logged on NewClass system when powered on.
The sound is digitally tuned and mixed.
The "Hotkey" is located on the student keyboard; no extra components are required.
NewClass supports any mixture of PS/2 and serial mice in the system.
Up to 64 student computers can be connected with Hi-Fi audio and video transmission without relay.

Multimedia Broadcasting
The instructor can broadcast his/her screen to an individual or a group of computers along with external AV signals. Audio and video can be broadcasted independently.

Supervision
The instructor can monitor the screen and audio of every student, as well as external AV programs. The instructor can also monitor a group of or all student computers on a rolling basis. The time interval can be preset. The supervision of screen and audio can be conducted separately.

Remote Tutoring
When the instructor tutors a student, the instructor can take over the student computer with his/her own keyboard and mouse to deliver one-on-one instruction if necessary.

Private Discussion
The instructor can have a private talk with a student on the microphone without being heard or interrupted by the other students.

Open Discussion
The instructor can select any students to speak or discuss, while all the students can hear the student's voice through their headsets. In addition, the instructor can adjust the number of students participating in the discussion.

Take Over
The instructor can take over the keyboard(s) and mouse(mice) of an individual or a group computers to synchronize them with instructor computer.

Student Presentation
The instructor can designate a student to use the student's keyboard and mouse to operate the instructor computer. The student therefore acts as a teaching assistant; at the same time, the instructor's keyboard and mouse are still active.

Student Broadcast
The instructor can broadcast the screen and audio of any student to a group or all students.

Blank Screen
The instructor can blank the screens of an individual, a group or all students to help the students concentrate on the lecture rather than their screens.

Selection
